This app can’t open while User Account Control is turned off
This app can’t be activated when UAC is disabled
Enable User Account Control
To enable the UAC, type ‘uac’ in the Start Search. You will see Change User Account Settings. Click on it to open the User Account Settings applet.
Move the slider to the lower-most position to disable the User Account Account. Click OK and exit. Now try and see if you can open the app. If for some reason the UAC will not stay enabled, type ‘regedit‘ in Start search box and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor. Navigate to the following key:
Here change the value of EnableLUA key, to its default 1. This will enable the UAC. You can also download the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter from Microsoft by clicking here and see if it resolves your issue.
